Apart Kalkan has two bedrooms and is also a duplex flat. In addition to double and twin bedrooms that you can use during your stay, there are also three fully equipped W/C shower rooms. It includes an open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge with all amenities. There is a market on the ground floor. Outdoor parking is also available.

Garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

At each entrance/exit, the villa is cleaned in detail and if there are deficiencies, it is completed. For this reason, our customers are kindly requested to take their entry/exit times seriously.

In Kalkan and its surrounding villages, which have a dispersed region due to its geographical structure, our villas are generally built on the slope. For this reason, the roads to the villas are usually uphill.

We cannot guarantee 100% visibility in our sheltered villas, there is always a 5% margin of avoidance.

The damage deposit is taken in cash at the time of entry to the villa and any damage etc. caused by our guests who will stay on the day of departure. It is returned as long as we do not meet the situation.
