Boat trip Kekova:
Kekova Island, a small rocky island, is known as the Sunken City because of the ruins of the city on its shores and underwater. Sailing on a boat, you can see stairs, roofs, doors and other ruins, some of which are above the water, and some are under water. Kekova Island is an island formed as a result of a breakaway from the mainland as a result of earthquakes in the 2nd century. The ruins of the sunken city we mentioned are also a hidden gem left underwater as a result of these earthquakes.
Myra ancient city tour:
One of the 6 cities in the Lycian League with 3 voting rights, Myra became the capital of the Lycian League in the 5th century. It is thought to take its name from the myrtle plant, from which myra (myrrh) oil is produced. The Ancient City of Myra is especially famous for its Lycian Period rock tombs and Roman Period theatre. The most beautiful of the domestic tombs can be found in Myra. There are many religious findings and structures in the ancient city. Additionally the statues and busts of Greek culture unearthed in the excavations can be visited by everyone. You can also visit the Byzantine churches and rock tombs in the region.
Sunset at the ancient theatre:
The ancient theater has the distinction of being the only theater built overlooking the sea in Anatolia. The theater, which dates back to the Hellenistic period, is made from local limestone and can accommodate 3,000 people. In the theater, renovated in 2008, you can enjoy the sunset.
Paragliding:
You can experience paragliding flying like a bird thousands of meters above the beautiful blue waters of the Mediterranean, the landscape of Meis and the lush green mountains. In flight, which starts from the foot of Mount Asash beyond Kaş, from a height of 650 meters it is sometimes possible to climb up to 1000 meters due to the thermal effect. The flight time is on average 20-25 minutes, and then landing is made at the port of Kaş. During the flight, you can see wildlife at the foot of the mountains. You can also watch the narrow streets of Kaş, the ancient structures of Antiphellos, its beaches and bays from above, gliding like a bird.
Diving:
Kaş (Kash) is the richest diving region in Turkey. This is one of the rare places where divers can dive all year round. There, you can swim with sea creatures such as grouper, caretta, mediterranean moray, leer and octopus, discover ancient amphorae, wreckage of tanks-planes-ships.
Trekking:
The Lycian Way, one of the most popular hiking trails in Turkey, is a magnificent route through the heart of enchanting nature, surrounded by the magic of ancient cities and affecting all human senses. In the spring, you can create shortcuts on the Lycian Road by driving through the village of Büyükçakıl (Buyukchakyl) and following the Lycian road signs. If you have no trekking experience, you can join guided trekking tours.
