Cancellation Conditions

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

1 - The deposit sent for the reservation is absolutely non-refundable.

2 - If it happens until the 30th day before the star of the trip, the customer has to pay 30% of the total cost of the trip.

3 - If it happens between the 29th day before the start of the trip and the day of the start of the trip, or if the customer does not come at all, the customer has to pay 100% of the travel cost.

In case the customer pays the total amount of the Villa - Apartment - Flat to KALKAN.VILLAS at his own reguest ( by EFT or money order or in cash or by credit cart in one withdrawal) in cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in at Villa - Apartment - Flat 30% (thirty percent) of the paind amount will be deducted. 

The remaining 70% (seventy percent) will be refunded to the account number you will provide.Transfer charges will also be deducted from this amount. because 30% (thirty percent) of this amount has been made to the owner of the Vill - Apartment - Flat as a prepayment.

If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 30 days or less before the entry date to the Villa - Apartment - Flat, or if the client does not check into the Villa - Apartment - Flat and does notstay at the Villa - Apartment - Flat, the total cost of the trip that he paid will not be returned to him. 

Financial damages, commissionfees, etc. That will be charged by the state of the republic of Turkey, the bank or banks to KALKAN.VILLAS that arise or will arise due to the refund transactions of payments made by credit card, are deducted from the money to be returned to the customer.

In case of cancellation of the Villa - Apartment - Flat reservation by KALKA.VILLAS for any reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If there is an equivalentVilla - Apartment - Flat available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be proposed to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fallunder the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.

 In addition, the entire deposit paid to some of our Villas - Apartmenrs - Flats (specified on the Villa - Apartment - Flat website detail page) and (specified on the internet detail page of the Villa - Apartment - Flat.For Vills - Apartments - Flats where the entire rental price of the villa mustbe paid 30 days or 60 days before the reservation date) the total rental amount of these especial Villas - Apartments - Flats are collected from the customer. Even if the reservation is canceled, no fee will be refunded.

If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, KALKAN.VILLAS reserves the right to cancel the said reservation, not to reimburse the previously paid fee and to make another reservation for this Villa - Apartment - Flat.

Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail or by registered letter with return receipt). Reservation cancellations made by talking over the phone are definitely not valit. Reservation cancellations are valid from the moment the letter is recived by KALKAN.VILLAS.

KALKAN.VILLAS cannot be held responsible for not using the Villa - Apartment - Flat for a reason arising from the fault of the customer or the termination of the contract without duly written notification, provided that this contract is valid from the reservation confirmation with the explict declaration of the parties.

All of the price shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the Villa - Apartment - Flat, and all legal rights of KALKAN.VILLAS in this regard are reserved.
