Villa Sunrise, is located in the Kördere area of Kalkan, has a magnificent sea view. Ideal for large families, our villa is very close to the center and the sea. Our 6-person capacity holiday villa has jacuzzi, wifi, garden area and infinity pool options.

Garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

At each entrance/exit, the villa is cleaned in detail and if there are deficiencies, it is completed. For this reason, our customers are kindly requested to take their entry/exit times seriously.

Insects, flies, pests etc. of our villas located in nature. spraying is done regularly. In our villas located in nature, insects, flies, pests and so on. There is a slight chance that it will happen.

In Kalkan and its surrounding villages, which have a dispersed region due to its geographical structure, our villas are generally built on the slope. For this reason, the roads to the villas are usually uphill.

We cannot guarantee 100% visibility in our sheltered villas, there is always a 5% margin of avoidance.

The damage deposit is taken in cash at the time of entry to the villa and any damage etc. caused by our guests who will stay on the day of departure. It is returned as long as we do not meet the situation.
